On Tuesday, November 25 in BSB 122 from 7-9 pm – the 3rd Year Reps of the MSSS will host 4 presenters discussing their education path, career choices and anything that may have influenced their decisions. Afterwards, we will be holding a Q&A panel for any questions/comments you might have!

1.  A Criminologist who currently works in the Forensic Psychology department at St. Joe’s West 5th Campus
2. Former Director of a halfway house for Provincial Offenders, who also works with Domestic Violence prevention at the John Howard Society and Family & Children’s Services in Waterloo
3. A Mental Health & Addictions worker who currently works in the Forensic Psychology department at St. Joe’s West 5th Campus
4. Director of Services for Brant Family & Children Services

All of our speakers have various degrees under Social Sciences, but please if any of these job titles interest you – come out and hear what they have to say! Even if these might not exactly be what you’re interested in, their journey to get where they are today might be relevant to you!

Please RSVP to thirdyearreps@mcmaster.ca to confirm your attendance as there is limited space!

PS. Free cookies, muffins and water will be waiting for you 🙂
