What does wellness mean for you?
Every β€œWellness Wednesdays” there will be a post to talk about the various aspects of wellness for Soc Sci students. As well, the MSSS will be hosting online wellness-based events this year so stay tuned!

This week we wanted to address some of the ways in which our physical and mental health depend and relate to one another. The promotion and maintenance of our physical and mental health are critical in order to sustain our well-being short and long term. Our mental health can display itself physically, just as our physical health can display itself mentally.Β
