The MSSS will be holding a referendum for Social Science students concerning the increase in Experiential Education (EE) fees on Thursday, February 9 and Friday, February 10.

The referendum will involve an increase in fees, matched dollar-for-dollar by the Faculty of Social Sciences. This increase in fees will allow McMaster’s Experiential Education to maintain and expand its current services.

The EE office is a very valuable resource to McMaster’s Social Science students. They provide internships, academic placements, career placements, courses, workshops, grants, and awards. To look into what EE can offer, check out the Experiential Education website.

The MSSS will be holding an Open Forum to discuss any questions students may have on Tuesday, January 17 (TOMORROW!) from 7-9pm in MDCL 1309.

If there are any questions, do not hesitate to contact the MSSS Vice-President Academic Maya Kanani at
