Hey Soc Sci!!πŸ’™πŸ’›
One of the MSSS’ main pillars this year is focusing on student wellness and we want to hear from YOU!!
What does wellness mean for you?
Every β€œWellness Wednesdays” there will be a post to talk about the various aspects of wellness for Soc Sci students. As well, the MSSS will be hosting online wellness-based events this year so stay tuned!
Comment below your thoughts or email wellness@themsss.ca if you’d like to keep in touch about wellness resources.

(NOTE: the MSSS does not provide direct professional support but we will certainly help you with finding resources available at McMaster and in your area!)

This week we wanted to address some of the ways in which our physical and mental health depend and relate to one another. The promotion and maintenance of our physical and mental health are critical in order to sustain our well-being short and long term. Our mental health can display itself physically, just as our physical health can display itself mentally.Β
We have provided some prompts and suggestions in these graphics, but we want to hear from YOU!πŸ’›πŸ’™

What are some ways that your mental health feels physical? What do you do to promote your mental and physical well-being?

Feel free to email your responses to wellness@themsss.com or DM any of our social media accounts!
